Zinfandel 2021
92 Points
This wine is fresh, zesty, with aromas of red currant, red plum, white pepper, and notes dried baking spice on the nose. The flavors on the palate are Bing cherry, cranberry, star anise, layered with grape fruit zest, vanilla cream, and dry grippy tannins on the finish. Decant and Enjoy pair with grilled blood sausage, purple cabbage, potatoes.

Vintage Notes
In 2021, we experienced mild spring weather and early blooms, followed by a heatwave from May to July. Despite the drought, our sheep helped retain soil moisture, resulting in an early harvest from August 12th to October 20th, producing small but highly concentrated berries. This vintage promises exceptional depth and intensity.
