About this wine

The palate is soft and round but with a powerful backbone of acidity which runs straight and narrow right up the middle to transport the flavors of lemon, lime, grapefruit and vanilla for a long, long time over the palate. The energetic taste of this Sauvignon Blanc lingers, in the mouth, long after the wine is gone. The playful spirit of our dogs that guard the sheep in the vineyard is reflected in this juicy and balanced wine — a great daily drinker.
