Project Ovis is the transformation of our 1,000-acre mountain vineyard located on the North Coast of California. It’s our reimagining of viticulture and winemaking, and the conversion of our operations into a completely sustainable ecosystem. Our goal here in Lake County is to achieve a regenerative organic farming system, to address the effects of climate change.
We’re setting industry standards through our commitment to an earth-first approach to farming and wine making. Our operations are already 100% Certified Sustainable, and by harvest of 2021 we’ll be one of the largest Certified Organic mountain-grown vineyards in the U.S. Project Ovis represents the next phase of our efforts in a journey towards a regenerative organic closed-loop farming system.
