From weekly pop-ups to seasonal celebrations, The Mercantile is home to exciting events all year long. Whether you’re here for live music, food truck collabs, or exclusive wine releases, there’s always something happening at Shannon Ridge.

Taco Tuesday

4-7 pm

We’re thrilled to partner with La Chilanguita Restaurant to bring you fresh guacamole made to order and a variety of street tacos. The rich flavors and fresh ingredients are the perfect complement to a relaxing glass of wine from our expansive wine bar.

Buck Shack Burger Wednesday

We’re firing up the grill every Wednesday with fat, juicy smashburgers from Sawmill Snackwagon. Pair your burger with a glass of Shannon red and enjoy the laid-back vibe at The Mercantile. Come hungry!

Toasty Thursday

4-7 pm

We’ll have white wines chilled and reds on tap, while Rosie’s Bread N’ Butter serves up some of her crowd favorites…. Gourmet grilled cheeses, soup and decadent desserts. It’s the perfect way to get a jump start on the weekend!

The wildly popular Friday Night Pizza Pop-Ups keep on rolling! We’ve partnered with with Lake County fav Doughbaby Pizza to bring you the classically casual combo of pizza and world-class wine! Come on down and chill in style.

Saturday Farmer’s Market

10 am-1 pm

Support our Farmers and your health at our Certified Farmers’ Market, brought to you by Lake County Farmers’ Finest. Visit each week for seasonal produce and various artisanal products; rain or shine!
