On the nose, it offers fresh peach, apricot, and green apple aromas, accompanied by delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, light to medium-bodied making it an excellent choice for warm weather and pairing well with light dishes. We have chosen to use Mourvèdre and Zinfandel grapes, two varieties renowned for their bold and expressive character.
Vintage Notes
2023 was an amazing year! Early spring rains soaked the vines, continuing into early summer with three times the usual rainfall. This cooler, late-ripening vintage allowed for longer hang times, resulting in the darkest reds and intense whites we've seen in years. Look out for vintage 2023 - it's going to be one for the books.
