Cabernet Sauvignon 2023

Typical of High Valley fruit, the grapes from Caldwell Block are powerful, yet complex and the base for High Valley Cabernet. Caldwell’s vineyard has a northwest facing slope that allows longer ripening time, resulting in an intensely structured Cabernet. Using primarily French oak and cherry wood, the barrels are chosen to lift the fruit and add nice, toasted spices to the finish.
