A spectacular example of High Valley terroir, our Sauvignon Blanc is uplifting in all the best possible ways.
Note: This wine may contain tartrates. We call them “Lake County Wine Diamonds”. Tartrates occur in wines when potassium and tartaric acid (both natural products of grapes) bind together to form a crystal when the wine is chilled. It’s completely harmless to consume.
Crafted with grapes sourced from the Round Mountain vineyard, this wine is brimming with lush apricot, pear and orange blossom aromas. On the palate, crisp grapefruit flavors are enhanced by herbal, citrus notes of lemongrass and a hint of fresh pineapple on the finish.
Located in the Coastal Ranges of northeastern Lake County, the High Valley AVA rises between 1,600 and 3,000 feet in elevation, providing our finest mountain fruit.
