Sauvignon Blanc 2022

This is the first white we have ever produced under the OVIS label. Our goal: Showcase the High Valley terroir that is especially suited for Sauvignon Blanc.

Bright acidity balanced with weight and texture. Citrus notes of Key lime, tangerine and grapefruit are complemented by subtle undertones of white peach and guava.

This lovely wine has a slatey mineral texture, leading to a long finish. Ready to enjoy now, or cellared for 6 to 8 years. Best served slightly chilled.
