This Pinot Noir is aged 6 months in French and American oak. Aromas are of cranberry, cherry, and cinnamon, followed by flavors of cherries, dried figs and cocoa. This wine finishes elegantly with cinnamon and white pepper. This Pinot pairs nicely with a wide variety of cheeses. Try with a creamy Blue, a mature Gouda, or a nice Gruyere.
