Vintage Notes
2023 was an amazing year! Early spring rains soaked the vines, continuing into early summer with three times the usual rainfall. This cooler, late-ripening vintage allowed for longer hang times, resulting in the darkest reds and intense whites we've seen in years. Look out for vintage 2023 - it's going to be one for the books.
Intense color, with aromas of blackberries and blueberries, vanilla and roasted coffee. On the palate you find a full body wine, blueberry, black tea, dark chocolate, sweet baking spices, and cream with a firm, complex and round tannins finish.
Garnet in color. Aromas of fresh plum and cherry pie. On the palate, flavors of vanilla, dried cherry and sweet tobacco. Mid-weight and balanced acidity. A versatile, food-friendly wine.
