Rosé Sparkling

We are delighted to introduce our first rosé sparkling wine and couldn’t be prouder of the results. On the nose, you’ll discover the enticing aromas of ripe straw-berries, red currants, and subtle floral notes, creating an inviting bouquet. We have chosen to use Mourvèdre and Zinfandel grapes, two varieties renowned for their bold and expressive character.

This wine is pale salmon hued, lush, bright, with aromas of peach, apricot, acacia honey, and tangerine cream on the nose. The floors on the plate are blood orange, pear, nectarine, lime vanilla cream, firm mousse in palate, dried herbs, and a dry finish. Pair with Grilled Chicken Paillard.
