Fermented in tank at low temperature to preserve the aromas and formation of esters. The natural acidity combined with the ripe flavors of Red Hills form a synergy of complexity: beautiful acidic structure, ripe apple, floral and nutty flavors and aromas, with a bright but creamy mouthfeel and a long finish with vanilla notes provided through the oak.
Rich and fruitful, this Chardonnay pairs with herbed clam linguini or the best of
friends and a sunny porch.
