The 2023 Vigilance Sauvignon Blanc has a pale lemon color with forward aromas of lemon, lemongrass, and a hint of clove, framed by the ephemeral fragrance of cotton candy, which brings notes of strawberry, caramelized sugar, and sweet vanilla. The palate is soft and round, yet supported by a powerful backbone of acidity that carries flavors of lemon, lime, grapefruit, and vanilla. The energetic taste lingers long after the wine is gone.

Vintage Notes

2023 was an amazing year! Early spring rains soaked the vines, continuing into early summer with three times the usual rainfall. This cooler, late ripening vintage allowed for longer hang times, resulting in the darkest reds and intense whites we've seen in years. Look out for vintage 2023 - it's going to be one for the books.
