About this wine

On the palate, it’s full-bodied with flavors of dark fruits, spice, and a touch of brightness from the small percentages of white varietals, balanced by firm yet smooth tannins. The finish is long and satisfying, with lingering dark fruit and spice, making it a versatile wine for various pairings. We ferment the varietals separately, and later blend this Rhone style wine. The integrity of each component – Syrah, Mourvédre, Grenache, and a splash of Petit Verdot – are more pronounced with late blending vs co-fermentation.
