This GSM exhibits a vibrant ruby-red color with purple tones. The aroma is a delightful blend of bright red fruit, such as cherry and raspberry from Grenache, complemented by the darker fruit and peppery notes of Syrah, and the added complexity of earthy and herbal tones from Mourvèdre. On the palate, the wine strikes a balance with soft tannins, a moderate to full body, and a well-integrated oak. It is a harmonious and approach-able wine, offering a mix of fruitiness, structure, and complexity. Early farming traditions inspire us to reinvent our agricultural approach.
Vintage Notes
In 2021, we experienced mild spring weather and early blooms, followed by a heatwave from May to July. Despite the drought, our sheep helped retain soil moisture, resulting in an early harvest from August 12th to October 20th, producing small but highly concentrated berries. This vintage promises exceptional depth and intensity.
