We have selected Viognier grapes from our Morine Vineyard creating this very fresh and low alcohol wine that presents a pale straw color.
On the nose, it offers fresh peach, apricot, and green apple aromas, accompanied by delicate floral notes. The palate is crisp and refreshing, light to medium-bodied making it an excellent choice for warm weather and pairing well with light dishes.
We have chosen to use Mourvèdre and Zinfandel grapes, two varieties renowned for their bold and expressive character.
