At the gateway to the vineyards, in the green foothills of Northern California lies a beautiful place we call Hillgate Vineyards. Here we grow grapes that thrive in this beautiful climate that grow big, dark, and inky wines.
Lush dark cherries, rich blackberries, almonds and caramel on the nose; with a mouth full of cherry and plum fruits, vanilla and cocoa notes, making for a smooth and balanced wine.
A medium-bodied wine with good acidity that will appeal to a lot of different kinds of wine drinkers.
