Sauvignon Blanc 2022

The grapes used to produce this 2022 Urgency Sauvignon Blanc came from the hills and slopes of ultra-premium vineyards in Lake County.

Bursting of pineapple and citrus with a hint of melon, this wine is focused and fragrant and contains notes of lemongrass.

Our favorites to pair it with are ceviche and shrimp tacos.
