Sauvignon Blanc 2021
For the most balanced and lip-smacking Sauvignon Blanc on the property, we go straight to Betsy’s Vineyard where the northwest-facing slopes and soils offer ideal conditions.
In the nose you find lime, apricot, passion fruit, and flowery peach as well as some herbaceous notes like bell pepper and grass. On the palate: bright acidity combined with a viscous mouthfeel and a long finish.
We aim for lush, mouth-filling fruit and high-toned, grassy characters to keep the lip-smacking style. We also ferment in stainless steel with no addition of oak to keep the characteristics of the Sauvignon Blanc intact.
