We added a kiss of oak to balance the bright fruits with a creamy texture that Chardonnay begs for.

Fresh pear, all spice, fresh apple, dried hay, and hints of melon, this wine is focused and fragrant while still extremely food friendly.

Our favorite food pairings for this wine are citrus beurre blanc on swordfish or a platter with a medley of strong cheese.
