Cabernet Sauvignon 2019

Made from fruit that’s at elevations ranging from 1,400 to 3,000 feet and located at the base of Mount Konocti, the Red Hills AVA is truly special.

Our Vigilance Cabernet Sauvignon has complex layers of black cherry, ripe currant, spice, and dark chocolate. Salute!

After a 24 hour soak, we gently crushed and kicked off the fermentation. Post fermentation, the wine was aged on a combination of French and American oak.
