Cimarron 2017

The 2017 Cimarron red blend is powerful and wild in itself.

Plums, raspberries and spices fill your pallete. The aromas of berries, caramel and tobacco resonate long after your last sip.

We ferment the varietals separately, and later blend this Rhone style wine. The integrity of each component - Syrah, Mourvédre, Grenache, and a splash of Petit Verdot - are more pronounced with late blending vs co-fermentation.
