Sauvignon Blanc 2021

This wine is crafted from 100% Sauvignon Blanc Clone 01 on 101-14 rootstock. The ancient volcanic soil of the Red Hills appellation brings out the lush flavors of this lively wine.

We ferment the juice in stainless steel tanks at 55°F (13°C), long and slow, resulting in a flood of crisp pear and granny smith apple aromas filling the glass, perfectly balancing the notes of citrus and guava on the palate.

The playful spirit of our dogs that guard the sheep in the vineyard is reflected in this juicy and balanced wine - a great daily drinker.
